How to cancel your subscription
Your Peloz subscription is managed by the store you bought it from.
On iPhone (App Store):
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select "Peloz" and tap "Cancel Subscription"
On Android (Google Play):
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile picture, then "Payments and subscriptions"
- Tap "Subscriptions" and select "Peloz"
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep access until then. Turning off renewal is not the same as requesting a refund for the current period.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made.
- App Store (iPhone): go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and select the purchase.
- Google Play (Android): go to play.google.com/store/account, find the purchase and use the report-a-problem option.
The store decides case by case. If your request is denied and you believe that's a mistake, write to contato@usepeloz.com and we'll take it up with the store alongside you.
How to restore a purchase
New phone, reinstalled the app, or lost access to your plan? Tap "Restore Purchase" on the subscription screen. The app checks your store account (Apple ID or Google account) and unlocks access again — you are never charged twice.
Switching plans (monthly ↔ annual)
You switch plans in the same place you manage the subscription — Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions (iPhone) or Google Play › Payments and subscriptions (Android). The change takes effect on your next billing cycle and the store prorates the credit automatically.
Technical problems
If the app crashed, won't upload a photo, isn't firing reminders, or your Hair Score stopped updating, email contato@usepeloz.com with:
- Device model and OS version (iOS or Android)
- App version (Settings › About)
- What happened, step by step
- A screenshot of the error, if you can
Deleting your account and data
Peloz runs locally on your device — there is no server account. You can wipe everything from inside the app under Settings › "Delete account and erase data": profile, photos, history and reminders go immediately.
